CUBIC (Clear, Unobstructed Brain/Body Imaging Cocktails and Computational analysis) is a transparent technology developed by Department of Systems Pharmacology, Graduate School of Medicine, the University of Tokyo: Professor Hiroki Ueda and Professor Etsuo Susaki.
CUBIC is expected to observe one cell level by improving Scale which is an existing technology, making it possible to transparentize not only brain tissue but also all tissues. CUBIC has reported pathological approach, fish transparency method and crustacean transparency method, and various application acquisition is possible.
