Use this product after adding 1/4 volume of this product to the sample.
Use when the sample concentration is low. This product contains the reducing agent 3-mercapto-1,2-propanediol, which is not a poisonous deleterious substance instead of 2-mercaptoethanol.
For protein electrophoresis! Sample Buffer Solution This product is used by mixing with protein solution during SDS-PAGE electrophoresis.
As the reducing agent, 3-mercapto-1,2-propanediol is used instead of 2-mercaptoethanol (2-ME), which is designated as a poisonous and deleterious substance. Therefore, management of poisonous and deleterious substances becomes unnecessary.
Use Sample Buffer Solution (× 4) when you want to test a large amount of sample.
